Orders will not be accepted after the store’s closing date.
All orders are processed once the store closes.
When Ship to School is selected during checkout, your order will ship in bulk to the school/coach unless otherwise indicated at no additional shipping fee.
When Ship to Home is selected at checkout, your order will ship directly to the address provided for a $15 shipping fee. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
We are unable to accept payment or ship to an address outside of the United States.
If an item you purchase becomes unavailable, you will be notified, and your credit card will be refunded.
Once your order ships, decorated items cannot be returned. Undecorated items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping to Game One.
For most Team Store orders, please allow 4-6 weeks from the store's closing date for your order to ship.
